Last night i ate a chinese banquet, 4 tubs of icecream, cake and sweets. how can i feel less sick?

chicken cassarole with potatoes, chinese banquet with a hole cripsy duck, 4 tubs of icecream, 6 chocolate brownies and a tub of 20 chocolate mini logs, bags of marshmellows, maltersers, jelly beans, smarties, ginger cake, 4oz bar of fudge and biscutes. i always go a weekend where i let myself go and feel completley awfull afterwards. how can i make myself feel less ill?

its ages since i had ginger cake, i like it best warm with custard!
